- ¾ cup 150g brown sugar (packed)
- 3 large eggs at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¾ cup 90g all-purpose flour
- ½ cup 45g unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup 175g chocolate chips
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until it becomes golden and releases a nutty aroma. Take it off the heat and allow it to cool for a moment.
